An exchange will only be entertained if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective or incorrect.

No cash refunds will be offered on any product once it has been purchased and delivered.

• Customized orders and orders placed using a discount or promotional code are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

• Bin Hussain reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: item being out of stock, pricing errors, quality control issues, or payment being declined by your financial institution.
