1. A) Order can be placed on our website in the following manner: -

• Create an account on our website (optional).
• Select the item(s) you wish to purchase & add them to your shopping cart.
• Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
• Fill in the contact information and required details.
• In the payment method, Cash on Delivery will be selected by default.
• Confirm your order & note the order number which will be provided upon confirmation.
• Your parcel will be shipped & delivered to you within the mentioned business days.

 In case of any issue or customization, order can be placed on any of our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp) as well.

A)Delivery charges are PKR 250 for all cities in Pakistan

1. A) Yes, we offer international shipping. All international customers are required to place their orders on any of our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp).

1. A) We do not offer exchange/returns as it is against our policy. In case of any issue from our end, please contact our customer service & our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
